Microsoft 365 admin center: Usage reports – New Outlook for Windows
The Microsoft 365 admin center has rolled out a new feature that includes usage metrics for the new Outlook for Windows in its usage report. This feature is designed to help organizations track the adoption and usage of the new Outlook for Windows client within their organization. The report provides detailed metrics on the number of active users who have made the switch from the classic version of Outlook for Windows to the new one.
The feature is currently in its General Availability Release phase and is set to be released worldwide by March of CY2025. By monitoring usage through the admin center, administrators can gather valuable insights into how their users are adapting to the new Outlook experience, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure maximum productivity.
