Microsoft 365 admin center: Usage reports – Integrated apps and Copilot extensions

If you're a Microsoft 365 admin, you'll be pleased to know that the usage reports for integrated apps and Copilot extensions will receive some major improvements. The Teams app usage report will be renamed and expanded with new metrics and charts, providing in-depth insights into app usage across Teams, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Copilot extensions in your organization.

The report will consist of two key sections: App Usage and User Activity, both of which will feature information organized by Publishing Type, Host Product, and Platform. The redesign will include desktop, mobile, and web views of app and user details. These new additions will provide a more detailed and intuitive overview of your organization's app usage than ever before.

These updates are set to become generally available in November CY2024 and will be accessible via the Microsoft 365 admin center on the web anywhere in the world.
