Announcing Microsoft Search Answer Analytics
Microsoft has announced the upcoming availability of Microsoft Search Answer Analytics in the Microsoft 365 Search & Intelligence Admin Center. This release, scheduled for mid to late August 2023, will provide greater insight into the performance of answers such as bookmarks, acronyms, and Q&A. The analytics reports will include information on editorial answer impressions, bookmark answer clicks, average click rate for bookmarks, average impressions for Acronyms and Q&A, as well as individual item level impression and query term analytics. However, some tenants are excluded from this release, and users can verify their eligibility in the Answer Analytics documentation. This capability will be added automatically, without the need for any preparation from users.
