Chinese University of Hong Kong selected Azure Lab Services as their platform to teach all students digital literacy. Regardless of their major, each student will learn computational skills with a university core course requirement.
Azure Lab Services was selected to help the university to prepare each student to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Some reasons include:
- Inclusive: It is suitable for all students.
- Versatile: Students can bring their own device.
- Accessible: Students can enjoy compute from wherever they are.
- Available: Students can engage in on-demand exercises via high-performance applications at any time.
- Universal: The university can create a standardized template to deliver a consistent lab experience to all students.
- Engagement: The university wanted to move away from managing physical labs to minimize the effort required by teachers and students, which allows them to focus on learning objectives.
- Scale: Microsoft offers the compute they need.
