Bookings end point URL for customers will change

Bookings end point URL for customers will change

Microsoft Bookings Calendar users take note: the self-schedule URL for customer-facing Bookings Calendars will be changing in mid-April 2023. The existing URL format, which uses the SMTP address, will be replaced with a new URL format that uses the https://outlook.office365.com/book/ prefix. For users of the old URL, the system will automatically redirect to the new URL, but anyone with firewall or security restrictions based on the URL may have to add the new URL to their allowed list to avoid any interruption. Prepare for this change by whitelisting the new URL format in your organization to ensure uninterrupted access.
