Changes to navigation in Outlook for Android
In an effort to provide an improved user experience, Outlook for Android is rolling out changes to the tab bar and search function in its app. Specifically, users will now see all contacts, files, and more by selecting the “More” button, while search will be relabeled as “Feed” and feature a new icon. Also, a new floating action button has been added, and contacts and files will be located under the “More” button. These changes are already available in Android Beta, with a complete rollout planned between mid-January and late-February. There is no admin-level control of this change, and admins can learn more about the changes on Microsoft’s blog post at “Navigating Outlook for Android and iOS - Microsoft Community Hub.”
