Dynamics 365 Sales – Use historical deal patterns to get better insights in Sales Opportunity Agent
We are announcing the ability to use historical deal patterns to get better insights with Sales Opportunity Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2026. How does this affect me? Users will be able to use a stage-impact filter to identify historical deal patterns that affect the current sales stage and receive an explanation and recommended next action. Insights will be based on available historical deal outcomes and will be shown when patterns affect the recommended next step or priority for the current stage. Insights may cover competitors, stakeholders, timing, objections, solution fit, pricing and discounts, and cross-sell and upsell signals where data is available. What action do I need to take? This message is for awareness, and no action is required. If you would like more information on this feature, please visit Use historical deal patterns to get better insights in Sales Opportunity Agent. Message ID: MC1465398
