Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams on Apple visionOS

Microsoft has recently released Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams on Apple's visionOS. This release will be compatible with both Enterprise and Consumer accounts, but it is important to note that Enterprise accounts may have device and application compliance requirements enforced through Microsoft Entra Conditional Access.
