Microsoft Teams: Simplified team creation

The update is scheduled for release in early January 2024 and is expected to complete by late March 2024.
The change in team creation process will make it easier for users to quickly set up teams from the '+ button,' however, users who prefer to create teams from templates or groups will need to dig in deeper to find the necessary options.
