Dynamics 365 Sales – Modern, in-flow email template picker for Sequences
We are announcing a modern, in-flow email template picker for Sequences within Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on April 17, 2026. How does this affect me? The new email template picker for Sequences makes it easier for sellers to find, create, and edit email templates within their workflow. This reduces setup time, improves template discoverability, and allows for quick adjustments when creating Sequences. Sequences can be created by sellers or sales managers to automate best practices. Enhanced template discovery with views: Sellers can quickly filter templates, such as My templates, Team templates, or Approved templates, to find the best fit for each step. In-flow template creation and editing: Email templates can now be created or updated directly within the Sequence flow, making them instantly available and eliminating the need to switch contexts.
