Export functionality for External Domain Activity report in Microsoft Teams Admin Center

In Microsoft Teams Admin Center, a new feature update is being introduced for the export functionality of External Domain Activity reports. Previously, this report could not be exported, but now, admins can export the report to .csv files, giving them the ability to view and manipulate the raw data for a variety of purposes such as showing it to other stakeholders within their organization, writing scripts based on the data, and more.

With the rollout expected to take place from late March 2024, admins will have access to the inactive teams and inactive external domains reports on Teams Admin Center through Usage reports, and can export the reports by clicking the Excel icon at the top of the report. This change will not affect end users.
