In October 2021, we announced Licensing and pricing requirements for the following Microsoft Teams APIs in Microsoft Graph:
chatMessage – Change Notifications API
chats: getAllMessages – Export API
channel: getAllMessages – Export API
Update chatMessage – Patch API
