Microsoft 365 Copilot: new guided Copilot onboarding experience

Microsoft 365 Copilot introduces an optional, admin-enabled guided onboarding experience for Frontier participants starting late October 2026. It offers personalized role-based training via the Copilot app to boost adoption and confidence, with Starter and Premium journeys, admin controls, and Viva Learning reporting. To help organizations increase Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and build user confidence, we are introducing a new admin-led Copilot onboarding experience for Frontier participants. This supports Personal and Team Productivity by helping users learn how to use Copilot effectively in their daily work.
