Dependent Assemblies Update!
Great news for Microsoft Dynamics users! A supported way for dependent assemblies in plug-ins has been released, marking a significant step forward in the development process. This release, available for public review for admins, makers, marketers, and analysts, was recently unveiled on July 31, 2022, with general availability yet to be announced.
Previously, developers relied on the ILMerge Utility to combine a set of assemblies in plug-ins, which was a less than ideal solution. But with the new release, dependent assemblies in plug-ins can be managed much more effectively thanks to the supported way now available.
This update is a game-changer for Microsoft Dynamics users and promises to streamline the development process while providing greater flexibility and control over dependent assemblies in plug-ins.
