Microsoft Viva: Microsoft 365 Copilot in Microsoft Viva Amplify
Microsoft 365 Copilot has arrived in Microsoft Viva Amplify for improved authoring in AI, available without a Copilot license. This tool provides rewriting, length-adjustment and tone-setting options; however, it is unavailable on SharePoint or mobile apps. No administrative action is required for the rollout. The Copilot editor for Viva Amplify users suggests different ways to rewrite content, tailors content length and language, and shifts the tone of writing. This feature is available to all Viva Amplify users in the web/desktop experience, and while not yet available on Amplify on Mobile iOS and Android applications, a new setting in the Microsoft admin center to better manage Copilot at the tenant level will be available shortly. This update will occur automatically, so no administrative action is required.
