Copilot for Sales – Extend email drafts with file links from third-party systems
Copilot for Sales is excited to announce its new feature, which allows users to add content and links from external, third-party systems to emails. This "Extend email drafts with file links from third-party systems" feature will be generally available from December 17, 2024. With this new feature, administrators can create a connector-based plugin, connecting Copilot for Sales to the external third-party system, allowing for file links to be added in email drafts. Sellers who sign in to the plugin will find file links added to the email replies that are automatically relevant to the emails.
It is important to note that this announcement is only for awareness, and no action is required on the users' end. The message ID for this feature is MC947134.
