Increase Form Engagement with Microsoft Copilot Smart Reminder | M365 Admin
Microsoft has rolled out a feature called Copilot in Forms Smart Reminder that can help form owners improve audience engagement. Copilot's smart reminder feature monitors and proactively shares engagement and submission status with the form owner, suggesting follow-up actions based on the data. For instance, when there is low engagement, Copilot can notify unresponsive or all participants to pay attention and complete forms or quizzes. Copilot also reminds owners to check the form's insights when there are sufficient responses to make decisions. The feature is now available on Microsoft 365's Forms product.
