Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365: Updated Readiness section of the Usage report showing suggested candidates

The Microsoft 365 Usage report is getting an update with a new column called "Suggested candidate for Copilot" to help admins make licensing decisions for Copilot for Microsoft 365. This feature will identify users who are likely to benefit from Copilot based on their app usage, and rollout starts in early September 2024. The Readiness section of the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Usage report will have this new column to enable admins to quickly identify users who can derive the most value from Copilot for Microsoft 365. The report will also show relevant Microsoft 365 app usage indicators, such as activity levels in Microsoft Teams meetings, Teams chats, Microsoft Outlook emails, and Microsoft Office documents over the prior 30 days. Administrators do not need to take any action prior to the rollout, but they may want to inform users about this change, and update documentation as needed. This update is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 410202.
