The 'Copilot for Microsoft 365 Usage' report within the Microsoft 365 admin center is set to receive an update regarding the metric 'Users on an eligible update channel'. This update will improve the logic of the metric leading to more accurate representation of the number of users on an eligible update channel. The update is expected to scale out through mid to late June 2024 with no admin action required. The new criteria for the metric using the logic will entail platform=Desktop, OS=Windows and device type=PC. Upon completion, the report is expected to report a reduced number for the readiness metric without impacting the tenant. This update requires no prior actions and is enabled by default. To keep your users informed, you may want to update relevant documentation as appropriate.
