Visio for the web is now empowering users with a Visio Plan 2 license to create business processes that are compliant with BPMN 2.0 standards. Whether it's process mapping, modeling, or visualization, the newly added BPMN shapes make it possible to create and optimize workflows with ease.
With this new feature, users can assimilate all BPMN elements into their business process diagrams, including Start Events, Tasks, Gateways, End Events, and more. This helps in creating a clear, detailed overview of the entire process, making it easier to identify areas that require optimization.
Whether you're a business analyst, process engineer, project manager, or part of a technical team, the inclusion of BPMN shapes in Visio for the web can help streamline your business processes and drive greater efficiency.
This feature is set to be generally available in September 2022, with a preview available in August 2022. It will be available on the web platform for Cloud Instance GCC, DoD, and GCC High. Check out the Microsoft 365 roadmap ID 98115 for more information regarding this feature.
