Microsoft Teams: Call quality feedback surveys for Teams Rooms on Android

Microsoft Teams will introduce call quality feedback surveys for Teams Rooms on Android starting November 2026. Users can rate audio, video, and screen-sharing quality after meetings. Feedback helps improve Teams services. No admin action is required before rollout; updating the app and informing users is recommended. To help improve meeting experiences and provide organizations with insights into call quality, Microsoft Teams is introducing call quality feedback (CQF) surveys for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android. These surveys allow users to rate the quality of calls and meetings and provide feedback about audio, video, and screen-sharing experiences. Customer feedback collected through these surveys helps Microsoft improve Teams meeting quality and reliability across devices and services. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 543713. Rollout schedule General Availability (Worldwide): Beginning in November 2026 Impact on your organization Who is affected Organizations using Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android devices. Users who participate in meetings on Teams Rooms on Android devices. Platforms/Services Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android Teams admin center (for device app updates) What will happen Users will periodically see a call quality feedback survey after meetings end on Teams Rooms on Android devices. Users can provide feedback on call quality, video quality, audio quality, and screen-sharing experiences. Feedback will be used by Microsoft to improve Teams products and services. The experience aligns with existing call quality surveys already available in Teams Rooms on Windows and other Teams clients. The feature becomes available after eligible Teams Rooms on Android devices are updated to the required app version. The feature is enabled by default once available. Action required/Recommendations No admin action is required before rollout. Recommended actions: Review how this change may affect meeting room experiences in your organization. Update Teams Rooms on Android devices to the latest supported application version through the Teams admin center. Inform users that they may be prompted to provide call quality feedback after meetings. Update internal training materials and support documentation as appropriate.
