One concern with the New Report Ribbon (Preview) is the reduced visibility of the reset slicers and filters functionality. The previous placement made it very clear when users needed to return to the default report view. With the option now contained within the ribbon, it is easier for users to overlook that the report may be filtered. Keeping this functionality prominent would improve usability and help reduce the risk of users interpreting filtered results as the default view.
