PowerPoint Live adds the ability to reload updated presentations during meetings

PowerPoint Live will allow presenters in Microsoft Teams to refresh and load the latest saved version of their presentation during a live meeting without restarting. This feature, rolling out from late May to mid-June 2026, requires no admin setup and helps maintain real-time alignment with updates. This improvement helps presenters stay aligned with last-minute updates and reduces meeting disruption, supporting personal and team productivity by keeping everyone in sync in real time.
