Dynamics 365 Field Service: Automate optimizations with Scheduling Operations Agent
This release expands the optimization capabilities of the Scheduling Operations Agent to include the ability to create recurring optimizations on a schedule. The agent considers the availability of the resources, their current schedules, and unscheduled requirements. It suggests a schedule that honors configured constraints and optimizes it according to the selected goal. The agent automatically runs optimizations and applies the results on the configured schedule. New capabilities include: Configure optimization plans to run on a recurrence schedule. Add and weight additional objectives to optimization goals. These capabilities build on the existing public preview of the Scheduling Operations Agent and are automatically enabled for all organizations that have the agent enabled.
