Power Platform – Evaluation Viewer Role
We are announcing the Evaluation Viewer role in Power Platform. This feature will reach public preview on July 30, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature supports separation of duties and enables QA and validation teams to work independently. The Evaluation Viewer role reduces unnecessary authoring permissions and improves enterprise governance by enabling users with the following capabilities: View evaluation assets and results Run evaluations Review detailed grading information Access agent content in read-only mode What action do I need to take?
