We are announcing the ability to use the improved project quote experience in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This feature will reach public preview on September 30, 2026. How does this affect me? The improvements to project quote provide usability enhancements designed for users to work more efficiently when creating and managing quotes. The updated interface features an optimized layout and improved use of screen space to provide a cleaner, more efficient workspace for viewing and editing both project and product lines. Context-based insights are now surfaced directly within the quote, highlighting important details such as pricing indicators, estimate breakdowns, and potential data inconsistencies. These insights improve accuracy for quoting decisions and reduce the time needed to validate contract and estimate information. What action do I need to take?
