Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales – View sales insights in Microsoft Teams meeting recap

Sales-related insights will soon be available in Teams meeting recaps for all users with a Dynamics 365 Sales license, as well as for those who have previously purchased Viva Sales or Sales Copilot. Until now, accessing these insights in the Teams recap was limited to users with a Copilot for Sales license. This expanded availability will reach general availability on May 31, 2025. How does this affect me? When enabled, users can view sales related insights with Copilot for Sales added to a Teams meeting. The following information is available in the meeting recap: View a list of post-meeting actions Create a CRM task from a meeting recap Create a post-meeting summary email Save AI-generated meeting notes to CRM View a list of follow-up tasks that are created during the meeting See questions that were asked during the meeting Participant sentiment and statistics Keywords mentioned What action do I need to take?
