Microsoft 365 app: Key Document Updates
Microsoft 365 is introducing a new feature that allows users to see when key collaborators have taken actions on key documents through the Profile Card as a Highlight. This feature is part of each collaboration network that comprises people, text strings, and Microsoft 365 items, with key items being documents. Users in this Collab Network can modify, comment, reply, mention, make multiple modifications, and share documents, with these updates being visible only to close collaborators in the same Collaboration Network. This new feature is set to be released in July 2023 for users on the Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud platform.
