Microsoft 365 admin center: New “Support Assistant” feature in Help

The Microsoft 365 admin center is rolling out a new "Support Assistant" feature, which will be made available for Public Preview starting from early November 2024 and will be completed by late May 2025. This feature will provide an AI-driven conversational experience and is accessible via the Help & Support pane by administrators. The feature will be rolled out automatically and will be available to a select group of English locale customers. Administrators can easily toggle the feature on to try it out. If your organization is part of the group selected for the Public Preview, the Support Assistant Preview toggle will appear in the Help & Support pane. No admin action is required before the rollout and this change will not affect users who are not part of the Preview. Administrators can notify their users about this change and update any relevant documentation accordingly, but no further preparation is required.
