Dynamics 365 Project Operations: Support Approver Comments for Expense Reports in Expense Management Mobile app
Approvers using the Expense Management Mobile App currently have limited options to provide context when approving or rejecting expense reports. Approval decisions may require comments to provide justification, request clarification, document additional information, or communicate feedback to employees. Without this capability in the mobile experience, approvers may need to switch to the web application to complete the approval process. This enhancement will enable approvers to add and view approval or rejection comments directly within the Expense Mobile App, providing a more consistent experience across mobile and web.
