Viva Engage: Update storyline cover photos in Teams for iOS

Viva Engage community admins can soon update cover photos directly from the Teams iOS app, aligning with existing capabilities on other platforms. This feature, enabled by default without admin setup, will roll out worldwide from late December 2025 to early January 2026. No compliance issues identified. Introduction We’re adding more customization to your communities in the Viva Engage app for Microsoft Teams in iOS. Soon, as a community admin, you’ll be able to update your communities’ cover photos directly from the Teams iOS app. This feature is already available on Teams for Windows desktop, Teams for Mac desktop, Teams for the web, and Teams for Android, and supports a consistent and personalized experience across platforms.
