Microsoft Power Automate – Build better forms with integrated Power Apps
We are announcing the ability to build better forms with integrated Power Apps in Power Automate. This feature will reach public preview on May 29, 2026. How does this affect me? This feature enables full Microsoft Power Apps experiences inside desktop flows. With integrated Power Apps, makers have the following capabilities: Invoke apps directly from a desktop flow. Pass inputs from the desktop flow into the app. Capture outputs from the app back into the flow. Trigger sub-flows from app events. Avoid UI automation entirely. Multi‑step, dynamic guided forms for attended automation. Modern Power Apps experiences replace legacy custom forms. Event‑driven attended automation where user actions in the app dictate which sub-flows run. Bridge data from legacy systems to modern cloud apps. What action do I need to take? This message is for awareness, and no action is required. If you would like more information on this feature, please visit Build better forms with integrated Power Apps. Message ID: MC1310370
