Microsoft Edge: A refreshed profile flyout experience for better clarity and actionability

Microsoft Edge will update its profile flyout by mid-February 2026 for clearer distinction between work and personal profiles, streamlined sign-in, and preserved organization branding. The redesign improves usability, is enabled by default, affects all users, and requires no admin action before rollout. Introduction Soon, the Microsoft Edge profile flyout will be updated to deliver a cleaner, more intuitive experience. The refreshed design makes it easier to distinguish between work and personal profiles, manage credentials, and quickly access key settings—all within a polished interface that supports modern browsing needs. No admin action is required before rollout. If desired, you may: Review current Microsoft Edge profile and sign‑in policies to understand any potential impact. Notify users about this change.
