Microsoft Forms: new distribution experience for in-org and external forms
Microsoft Forms is updating its distribution experience to cater to in-org and external forms. With this update, users can now send forms to external users through email with permission settings set to anyone can respond. Additionally, a preview of the email sent from Forms will be displayed in the sending dialog to give users a better idea of what their audience will see.
This update is set to be generally available by December 2022 and will be available on the web and cloud platform. The roadmap ID for this update is 106114 and you can find more information about it on the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
