Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Use the new Time Entry mobile app
We are announcing the ability to use the new Time Entry mobile app, which allows users to view, create, and submit their log weekly time entries for approval. This feature will be available for general availability on September 30, 2025. How does this affect me? The mobile app offers the following features: A daily summary of Microsoft Outlook meetings and Microsoft To Do items, allowing you to easily log time entries based on your agenda. The ability to see all projects and tasks assigned to you, along with the duration of each project assignment. A day-by-day overview of your time entries by status (Draft, Submitted, etc.), with options to edit or delete entries, submit for approval, or recall submissions. Access to a new timer function for tracking time spent on specific tasks. You can later assign a timer record to a project or task to create a corresponding time entry. What action do I need to take? This message is for awareness and no action is required. If you would like more information on this feature, please visit Dynamics 365 Time Entry Mobile App (Preview). Message ID: MC1143594
