Microsoft Teams is expanding presenter visibility in Manage what attendees see for Teams events. Event organizers and producers can now drag and resize the presenter panel, allowing them to view more presenters simultaneously during event production. This improvement helps producers more easily monitor available presenters, streamline presenter transitions, and manage large events with greater efficiency. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 567467. The larger presenter panel can display more presenters at one time. Users can view more presenters at once, reducing the need to switch between pages when managing large events. Producers will have improved visibility into presenter availability during events. Presenter transitions can be managed more efficiently, particularly during large events with many presenters. This change is enabled automatically and does not require configuration. Action required and recommendations No admin action is required.
