Microsoft Teams: Expanded presenter visibility in Manage what attendees see

Microsoft Teams is expanding presenter visibility in Manage what attendees see for Teams events. Event organizers and producers can now drag and resize the presenter panel, allowing them to view more presenters simultaneously during event production. This improvement helps producers more easily monitor available presenters, streamline presenter transitions, and manage large events with greater efficiency. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 567467. Rollout schedule Targeted Release: Beginning mid-August 2026 and expected to complete by late August 2026 General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): Beginning late August 2026 and expected to complete by early September 2026 Impact on your organization Who is affected Teams event organizers Teams event producers Users who manage live event production experiences in Microsoft Teams Platforms and services Microsoft Teams Teams events What will happen Users will be able to drag and resize the presenter panel in Manage what attendees see. The larger presenter panel can display more presenters at one time. Users can view more presenters at once, reducing the need to switch between pages when managing large events. Producers will have improved visibility into presenter availability during events. Presenter transitions can be managed more efficiently, particularly during large events with many presenters. This change is enabled automatically and does not require configuration. Action required and recommendations No admin action is required.
