Microsoft Teams: Usage reports for bookable desks
Microsoft Teams will soon provide its admins with access to usage reports for bookable desks in Teams Rooms Pro Management portal. The availability of these reports requires a Teams Shared Devices license for the desk pools to which at least one peripheral is associated. Beginning December 2024 worldwide and January 2025 for GCC, admins will be able to access usage analytics and reports for desk pools in the Teams Rooms Pro Management portal. These reports enable admins to review insightful data on desk pool metrics such as the total number of associated desks, unused desks, and unplanned reservations percentage. They can also view specific analytics on utilization, total reservations, reservation occupancy, and more. This change will be available automatically to tenants with the associated peripherals and the required license.
