Related questions now available in Viva Engage for Teams on iOS

Viva Engage in Teams for iOS will show related questions in real time when users type new ones, helping avoid duplicates and improve efficiency. This feature, enabled by default for tenants with the Viva Engage Knowledge Service Plan, will roll out globally from late September to early October 2025. Introduction To help users avoid duplicate questions and find answers faster, Viva Engage in Teams for iOS will now surface related questions when a user starts typing a new one. This enhancement supports knowledge reuse and improves engagement efficiency. This feature is available to tenants with the Viva Engage Knowledge Service Plan, included in the Microsoft Viva Suite and Viva Employee Communications and Communities. What will happen: Users asking a question in Viva Engage via Teams for iOS will see related questions suggested in real time. This feature is already available for other Viva Engage clients (e.g., web and desktop). No admin configuration is required; the feature is enabled by default for eligible tenants.
