Microsoft Viva: Viva Glint – Configure data retention policy for Viva Glint
Viva Glint will introduce a self-service data retention policy for survey data, allowing admins to set retention from 6 to 1000 months. Data is deleted permanently after the retention period, with all changes logged. Rollout begins late June 2026, supporting compliance and data governance.
