Dynamics 365 Commerce: Map keyboard shortcuts to common POS operations
Applies to: Point of Sale (Store Commerce); configured in Commerce headquarters. Assign keyboard shortcuts to buttons in the Commerce headquarters button grid designer. Shortcuts are defined on buttons, not directly on operations, and can be applied to any button. Use shortcuts for common operations, such as void line, price override, discount, change quantity, and change delivery mode. Apply shortcuts to the currently selected line or lines. Users can discover shortcuts through tooltips and a help screen. Configure shortcuts based on store requirements or user preferences.
