Rethinking AI Strategy: From Use Cases to Decision Systems

Rethinking AI Strategy: From Use Cases to Decision Systems
Most AI discussions start with a simple question: "Where can we use AI?" After many conversations with business leaders, I'm increasingly convinced that's the wrong starting point. The organizations struggling to move beyond pilots don't usually have an AI problem. They have a decision problem. Information is fragmented. Leadership teams operate from different versions of reality. Good ideas emerge everywhere but fail to scale. The result is often an impressive collection of use cases without a corresponding increase in competitiveness. What if the real value of AI isn't automation? What if it's helping organizations understand reality faster, align faster, and make better decisions? That's the topic I explore in my latest article: Rethinking AI Strategy: From Use Cases to Decision Systems #AI #Leadership #BusinessTransformation #DecisionMaking #DigitalTransformation #CIO #Strategy #FutureOfWork
