PowerPoint for the web: Create a presentation with Copilot directly from the PowerPoint web app
Starting mid-May 2026, PowerPoint for the web will let users with a Microsoft Copilot license create presentations directly using Copilot. This feature is enabled by default, requires no admin changes, and is immediately available upon opening the app. No action is needed to prepare. Introduction We’re improving how users get started with Copilot in PowerPoint for the web by enabling presentation creation powered by Copilot directly from the PowerPoint web app. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 560537. When this will happen: General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout begins in mid-May 2026.
