Microsoft Viva: Viva Connections experience for Homesite customers
Microsoft is introducing a new feature for its Viva Connections app, which will set the Home site as the default experience for Teams desktop users who have not yet configured a Viva Connections experience. This means that users will be able to access their organization's Home site through the Viva Connections app in Teams desktop. The feature is set to be released in January CY2025 and will be available on the web cloud platform instance. The release phase is General Availability. This feature is targeted towards Homesite customers who are yet to configure a Viva Connections experience.
This new addition to Microsoft Viva will make it easier for users to access their organization's Home site and streamline their work experience within Teams desktop. This will increase productivity and ensure that Microsoft Viva continues to be a leading platform for facilitating collaboration.
