Microsoft Teams – Copilot Summary for Transferred Calls
Copilot enabled users will now be able to share the summary of the call from within the transfer panel and the context will be shown in the toast notification and within the call. This feature requires a Copilot license to be enabled. How this will affect your organization: Once available and if transcribe is enabled, users will be able to share a summary or a call from the transfer panel.
