Microsoft Teams – Copilot Summary for Transferred Calls

Copilot enabled users will now be able to share the summary of the call from within the transfer panel and the context will be shown in the toast notification and within the call. This feature requires a Copilot license to be enabled.  This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 484123 When this will happen: Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out mid-May 2025 and expect to complete by late May 2025.
