New Filters for Purview Audit Search | Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 384092
Microsoft Purview's audit search will soon offer four new filters, including Id, UserType, UserKey, and ClientIP. These new filters will enhance the ability of organizations to investigate user activities and gain valuable insights from critical audit log event data. The update is set to roll out automatically by late June 2024, and no admin action is necessary. By utilizing the new filters, security admins can access relevant audit logs and better monitor user behavior in their organization. Be sure to notify your users and update relevant documentation as appropriate ahead of the rollout.
