Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Enable time phasing of quote and contract lines

We are announcing the ability to enable time phasing of quote and contract lines in Dynamics 365 Project Operations. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2025. How does this affect me? With this feature, correct sales and cost prices in quotes and contracts are automatically updated based on the effective date. This automation reduces the manual work needed to track and update prices. It also lowers the risk of errors and discrepancies in pricing. The feature also enables you to keep a detailed audit trail of all changes made to quotes and contracts. This audit trail provides full transparency and traceability, for increased accuracy of pricing information. You can view exact totals at any point in time, showing all current and historical pricing data. What action do I need to take? This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
