Microsoft Teams: PowerPoint Live introduces light mode for presenters

PowerPoint Live in Microsoft Teams will add a light mode option alongside dark, classic, and high contrast modes for presenters starting September 2026. This update enhances flexibility, accessibility, and personalization without affecting presentation content or attendee views. No admin action is needed. We’re improving the PowerPoint Live presenting experience in Microsoft Teams by introducing a new light mode option. With this update, presenters can choose from light, dark, classic, or high contrast modes while presenting. This enhancement provides greater flexibility, accessibility, and personalization, allowing presenters to use the display mode that best matches their preferences and working environment. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 567469.
