Power Automate – End of support for the List Flows as Admin action with Power Automate Management connector – reminder 1

This post serves as a reminder that the List Flows as Admin action with Power Automate Management connector reached end-of-support on Thursday, June 15, 2023, and was replaced with the List Flows as Admin (V2) action. However, due to ongoing usage levels and the rollout of CreatedBy support to GCC, the enforcement of this change has been postponed until October. This means enforcement may cause calls to the backing API of List Flows as Admin to fail at runtime, affecting older PowerShell cmdlet versions or calls to the deprecated List flows as Admin action.

To mitigate these issues, it is recommended to transition to using the List Flows as Admin (V2) action for new and existing flows. PowerShell scripts can be used to locate and update existing flows to the latest version. Additionally, those using the COE Starter Kit should update to the latest release, and those using PowerShell should update the Microsoft.PowerApps.Administration.PowerShell module to stay compliant.

For more details and support, refer to the community forum post on Transition to List Flows as Admin V2 which will be monitored for any queries or concerns.
