Distribute SharePoint news posts with Viva Amplify across Outlook, Teams, and Engage
Viva Amplify in SharePoint enables users with licenses to distribute news posts across Outlook, Teams, Viva Engage, and SharePoint sites from a single interface. It auto-optimizes content, offers engagement analytics, and rolls out from late September to mid-October 2025, requiring no admin action unless updating guidance. Introduction We’re introducing Viva Amplify in SharePoint, a new capability that enables communicators to distribute SharePoint news posts across multiple Microsoft 365 channels—including Outlook, Viva Engage, Teams, and additional SharePoint sites. This enhancement helps streamline content distribution and improve audience reach, all from within the SharePoint experience.
