Microsoft 365 Copilot in Forms: Updates to help users refine and edit their forms

Microsoft 365 Copilot in Forms will be updated in April 2025 to help users refine and edit their forms more easily. A Copilot license is required. The update will provide tailored suggestions for content, settings, and styling. No admin action is needed before the rollout. More details are available in the linked support articles. Coming soon: We will update Microsoft 365 Copilot in Forms to help users refine and modify their forms more easily. A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to use this feature. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 474659. When this will happen: General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out early April 2025 and expect to complete by late April 2025. How this will affect your organization: After this rollout, Copilot in Forms can help review a form and provide tailored and proactive suggestions to improve content, settings, styling, and more. Users can enter a prompt in the Copilot chat box to ask Copilot to help with editing and refinement. Copilot can help review users’ forms during drafting process and provide refinement suggestions: View image in new tab Copilot can suggest refinements for form content, styling, settings, and sending the form: View image in new tab Copilot provides content suggestions directly in the form, making it easy for users to visualize and apply refinements: View image in new tab This update will be available by default. What you need to do to prepare: This rollout will happen automatically by the specified dates with no admin action required before the rollout. Review your current configuration to assess the impact on your organization. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
